TERMS OF SERVICE

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, physically fit to perform high-intensity exercise, and medically cleared by a doctor if you have any condition that could be aggravated by training. By creating an account you confirm this is true.
YOUR ACCOUNT
One account per person. Information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.
SUBMISSIONS AND VIDEO LICENCE
You retain ownership of every video you submit. By submitting, you grant Edition a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, edit, distribute, broadcast, and use your submission video and your performance data — including in marketing, social media, sponsor activations, broadcasts, and editorial content — without further notice or compensation. This licence survives termination of your account.
You warrant that you own or have permission to submit every part of the video, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights.
VERIFICATION
Our judges' decisions on verification, ranking, and disqualification are final. Repetition counting, time validation, range of motion, and equipment standards follow the published rules for each challenge. Submissions found to be edited, faked, or otherwise fraudulent will be removed and the responsible account permanently banned.
LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Training and competing carry inherent risk of injury. You compete entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edition and its operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify Edition against claims arising from your conduct on the platform.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm other athletes. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
