PRIVACY POLICY

Account information (email, username, full name, optional bio and gym), video submissions, performance data (times, reps, weights, verification status), and basic device and usage information (IP address, browser, page views) needed to operate the service.

To run the monthly competition, verify submissions, publish rankings, and communicate essential service updates. We may publish aggregate, anonymised statistics about participation. We do not sell your data.

Our hosting and database provider acts as a data processor on our behalf. Sponsors and partners only receive your information with your explicit consent. We disclose data when required by law.

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, export a copy, or object to processing. Contact us at hello@edition.fit and we will respond within one calendar month.

Submission videos are retained for twelve months after the challenge ends, unless your submission is part of a verified leaderboard, in which case the video is retained for as long as your ranking is published. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
